Composite polymer pin insulator consisting of a load-bearing cylindrical insulating solid core , in a housing made of vulcanized silicone rubber material , and end fittings permanently attached to the core. They are widely used in high voltage transmission lines.
Materials:
1) Gray Silicon Rubber for sheds/ housing
2) Glass-fiber reinforced epoxy resin rod (ECR type) for core.
3)Hot Dip Galvanized Forged/Cast Steel for End Fittings.

Before dispatched, all the goods will be performed routine test and smaple test comply with related standards. In case damage during the transportation, each one’s sheds and housing will be checked thoroughly.
