The basic structure of a single element is composed of upper and lower flanges, umbrella sleeves and intermediate cores. The pillars with high voltage levels are composed of multiple sections of elements connected by bolts.

The intermediate core has a single solid core pull-out rod structure, a multi-solid core combined pull-out rod structure, a single solid core pull-out rod plus a winding structure, and a hollow belt inner umbrella group structure.

Different types of silicone composite insulators have different functions, and the structural height and creepage distance are also different.
