Raw material:
1. End-fitting:
1.1 Forged Steel or cast steel, Hot Dip Galvanized.
1.2 Minimum thickness of the galvanization: 86μm.
1.3 Different end fittings is available.
2. Core:
2.1 Material: Epoxy & Glass Fiber, Acid-Resistant Type, which are designed to assure consistend, high-performance holding strength.
2.2 Diameter: Φ18 mm. Other size for different mechanical strength is available, just based on the client requirment.
3. Housing:
3.1 The surface of the fiberglass rod shall be Veiled or injected which has superior UV protection.

All insulators are packed in weatherproof containers in order to protect the products during land, air and sea transportation. Several different grades of packaging can be offered depending on the mode of transport and the expected storage conditions. Special packaging arrangements can be accommodated upon the users' request.
