The clamp is made of aluminum alloy, and the counterweight is grey cast iron, either painted or hot-dip galvanized. The remaining components are made of hot-dip galvanized steel.

FR Vibration Dampers parameters
The main body has a minimum zinc layer thickness of 70μm and an average thickness of 85μm. Fasteners have a minimum zinc layer thickness of 40μm and an average thickness of 50μm.
Grip Strength: Clamp to conductor/ground wire: ≥2.5kN Clamp to steel strand: ≥2.5kN Hammer head to steel strand: ≥5kN
Power Characteristic Test: When the resonant frequency is ≤15Hz, the frequency dispersion range is 3Hz. When the resonant frequency is >15Hz, the frequency dispersion range is 20%. The ratio of adjacent peaks and valleys on the power characteristic curve is not greater than 5.
Clamp to steel strand grip: ≥2.5kN
Hammer head to steel strand grip: ≥5kN
The residual torque of the clamp bolts should be no less than 50% of the specified installation torque.
