33kV composite polymer pin insulator consisting of a load-bearing cylindrical insulating solid core , in a housing made of vulcanized silicone rubber material , and end fittings permanently attached to the core. They are widely used in high voltage transmission lines.

Polymer Pin Insulator Raw Materials:

1. Core:Epoxy & Glass Fiber, Acid-Resistant Type.Diameter: Φ18 mm.

2. Weather sheds: HTV Silicone

3. End-fitting:Forged Steel or cast steel, Hot Dip Galvanized.Minimum thickness of the galvanization: 86μm
