6. Production Process(Part):
Whole injection
Taking the most advanced automatic overall injection moulding technic and connection method of crimping for production and assembling, and the whole crimping procedure controlled by computer and the crimping result monitored by ultrasonic detector to assure each product is qualified.
Waiting for testing, we have full range test equipment, we could perform the FAT based on IEC 61952.
We could provide different packing methods by client requirment. Plywood case and solid wood case are most common selected method.
