Materials details:
Forged steel or cast steel, hot dipgalvanized. Minimum thickness of the galvanization is 86μm. Thicker galvanization is available if required, it normally used for high pollution area.
Epoxy & Glass fiber, diameter is 18mm or other higher strength or bigger size rod.
High temperture vulcanization silicone rubber. Wuhan has its own rubber factory, the quality of rubber has been well controlled.
Inspection before shipment:
Before dispatched, the goods will perform routine test and sample test which stated the related standards. In case damage during the transportation, each one' s sheds and housing will be checked thoroughly. Superficial defects of an area greater than 25 mm² (the total defective area not to exceed 0.2% of the total insulator surface) or of depth greater than 1mm shall not be accepted. We are 7X24 on services.

The lightning leader is similar to the leader of the long gap spark. The downward negative leader has the characteristics of hierarchical development, and its average speed is about 1×10^5m/s~8×10^3 m/s. According to actual measurement and calculation, the diameter of the high temperature and high conductance part of the lightning pilot channel itself is about millimeters, and its axial field strength generally does not exceed 100 V/cm, but the radius of its peripheral ionization zone (corona sleeve) is quite large, usually all exceed 6 m. It can be seen that it must not be considered that the charge of the lightning leader channel is only concentrated in the narrow, high-temperature conduction channel, but it should be recognized that there are still a large number of charges distributed in the surrounding space with a rather large radius.
It is difficult to directly measure the potential of the thundercloud charge center to the ground, but it can be inferred that the potential of the leader's root in the cloud to the ground is about 50 MV to 100 MV.
When a downgoing thunder leader develops from a thundercloud toward a building, an upward oncoming leader may arise from a grounded building. The head-on leader affects the development route of the down leader to a considerable extent, and determines the location of the lightning strike point, so it has a very important significance in the development of lightning.
