Features
1. The deadend insulator features a silicone rubber housing created through comprehensive injection molding. This design offers commendable hydrophobicity, hydrophobicity migration, and soil resistance. Moreover, it exhibits exceptional electrical insulation properties and aging resistance, effectively preventing incidents of pollution flashover to ensure the secure operation of high-voltage transmission lines.
2. Utilizing a modified ECR fiberglass reinforced epoxy resin rod proves advantageous due to its resistance to high temperature, stress corrosion, and acid attacks. Additionally, it boasts fine damping action, high tensile strength exceeding 1200Mpa, and resilience against creep and fatigue failure. This choice ensures the superior internal insulation quality and mechanical strength of the insulators.
3. The end fittings are crimped onto the fiberglass rod using a voice-operated displacement type crimper. This crimping technique endows the insulators with high mechanical strength and minimal dispersion. Adopting the latest automatic overall injection molding technique and crimping connection method for production and assembly, the entire crimping process is computer-controlled, and the results are monitored by an ultrasonic detector, guaranteeing the qualification of each product.
