1. Composite insulator icing test chamber uses:
It can artificially simulate various complex meteorological environments such as temperature, wind speed, rainfall, air pressure, etc., scientifically study the influence of environmental climate on high-voltage equipment, and conduct experiments and researches on the characteristics of different composite insulators under different pollution conditions and different ice coating conditions. . Environmental simulation tests for power system insulation terminals, power lines, power equipment, etc. Transmission lines are in the natural environment and are affected by various meteorological conditions in nature. These factors will produce instantaneous or cumulative effects and affect the safe operation of the line. For example, the large-scale freezing disaster in the south in 2008 severely damaged the power grid. Transmission line artificial environment research laboratory is used to study the impact of freezing, rain, condensation, pollution and other environments on transmission lines and equipment. The resistance to harsh environments is of great significance to ensure the safety of my country's electric power.
2. Box structure:
1. Shell material: heat-resistant and cold-resistant stainless steel plate with baking paint.
2. Inner box material: SUS#304 heat-resistant and cold-resistant stainless steel plate.
3. Insulation material: box body: rigid polyurethane foam + glass fiber;

3. The following natural conditions can be simulated:
(1) Simulate the natural wind during the icing period;
(2) Simulate rainfall with different conductivity and natural rainfall at normal temperature;
(3) Simulation of supercooled water droplets during icing;
(4) Simulate cleaning fog;
(5) Simulate the air humidity of the condensation of the sample at different temperatures;
Create the temperature, humidity, rain, wind speed and cold/hot fog environmental conditions required by the test in the internal space of the environmental simulation system to meet the requirements of the relevant environmental simulation test. All parameters meet IEC or international related general test requirements.
4. Other technical parameters of the ice-covered test chamber are determined according to specific experimental requirements.
1. Low temperature test: test the environmental tolerance of composite insulators at -40℃~0℃
2. High humidity test: test the environmental tolerance of composite insulators at 30% to 98% relative humidity
3. Ice coating test: test the environmental tolerance of composite insulators under the combined conditions of 0-10m/s wind and -5°C, -10°C
