The material

RTV coating (room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber coating)
This is a long-lasting hydrophobic antifouling paint with a lifespan much longer than that of ordinary paints. The earliest RTV paint in China has been exposed to the sun outdoors for more than 10 years and has been running live for more than 10 years. Its anti-fouling flashover mechanism also changes the surface properties of porcelain insulators, making them hydrophobic.
