Our 36kV composite insulators is designed to be durable in networks that transmit high voltage power. For mechanical strength, it has an epoxy fiberglass core rod that is resistant to corrosion. It is protected from UV damage, pollution, and harsh weather conditions by its high-quality silicone rubber housing. For good mechanical load-bearing and electric performance, the metal end fittings are perfectly crimped to the core.

33kv-polymer-pin-insulator manufacturer process

The core rod consists of high-strength E-glass fibers reinforced with epoxy resin . Having a standard diameter of 18 mm, mechanical durability under electrical stress is provided.
Sheds for weather: composed of high-performance HTV silicone rubber, which provides long-term protection against pollution and UV rays as well as exceptional hydrophobicity.
Final Fittings: carefully crafted from cast or forged steel and shielded by hot-dip galvanization. For outdoor transmission applications, the coating thickness satisfies or surpasses 86 microns, meeting anti-corrosion requirements.
