Technology Characteristics
Our composite insulators boast a water-repellent, UV, and corona-resistant silicone rubber housing. The HTV-injected weather sheds exhibit outstanding performance, chemically bonded to the rod. Metal fittings are securely fixed to the fiberglass core, maximizing mechanical strength.
For added protection, a corona ring is applied to the metal fittings, shielding the housing. The fiberglass-reinforced resin rod features a hydrolysis-resistant resin system. A 3mm-thick HTV silicone rubber sheath enhances mechanical characteristics and reduces the FRP rod's electric field strength.
