Recently, two main transformers of the Bengbu Lingang 220 kV substation in Anhui, designed by the Anhui Institute of China Energy Construction, succeeded in live impact, marking that the project was officially put into operation. This project is the first 220 kV "remote inspection full cabin" substation in the country. After the project is put into operation, it can improve the power supply capacity and reliability of the power grid in Fengyang, Chuzhou, and provide stable power guarantee for key users of the local silicon industry base.

The project is located in Fengyang County, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. In this phase, two 180 MVA main transformers, 6 circuits of 220 kV outlets and 8 circuits of 110 kV outlets will be built, and three 180 MVA main transformers will be built in the final phase. As the first pilot project in the country, Anhui Institute actively explored the construction plan of the full cabin substation, through the application of integrated cabin equipment, unitary auxiliary rooms, prefabricated structures, intelligent secondary equipment error prevention system, IoT edge management platform, etc. This new technology helps improve the quality and efficiency of substation construction.

All-in-one integrated equipment

According to the technical requirements of different voltage levels of substations during the design process, Anhui Research Institute optimized equipment selection, reconfigured equipment units, adopted standardized cabin equipment, and realized on-site "zero splicing" installation; optimized the standard module and standardized interface scheme of cabin equipment, Realize the manufacture and commissioning of the whole cabin in the cabin equipment factory, integrate transportation and hoisting, and improve the quality and efficiency of construction.

It is the first time to realize the full coverage of the installation of secondary equipment in the cabin

The secondary equipment room was canceled in the whole station, and for the first time, the installation of the rack-mounted prefabricated cabin for the secondary equipment of the State Grid system was fully covered, and the rack-mounted prefabricated cabin was built by optimizing the design of the cabin space, integrating the wiring channel, and precise air supply Install the standard scheme.

Realize "one-button sequential control" commissioning and inspection

This project is the first 220 kV substation in Anhui Province to realize "one-key sequential control" for power transmission, and use "one-key sequential control" for operation and maintenance work to improve operational efficiency, reduce operational risks, and improve emergency response ability.

Full coverage of secondary equipment entry prevention and error prevention

The project innovatively designed the intelligent anti-mistake system of the prefabricated cabin-type secondary combination equipment rack. Through equipment and measures such as intelligent anti-mistake cover, smart lock, and anti-mistake smart light belt, the performance of anti-mistouch and misoperation of the equipment in the cabin was enhanced, and the operation was improved. The safety and reliability of on-site operations during the maintenance process.

Build an IoT edge management platform

By building an IoT edge management platform, the project standardizes and integrates various isolated and scattered auxiliary system resources, improves the overall environmental perception level of the whole station, realizes full-service monitoring of substation operation and inspection and actively pushes information, and promotes the inspection mode to "remote inspection inspection-based + manual inspection as a supplement".

Comprehensive application of green construction technology

The project fully applies prefabricated structures, integrated equipment prefabricated cabins and other prefabricated technologies to achieve "zero construction" for the entire station. Almost 100% of the main construction materials are recycled after demolition, which is in line with the concept of environmental protection design. Compared with substations of the same scale, the total substation occupies 20% less area and reduces carbon emissions by more than 300 tons.
