A few days ago, the provincial new product trial production plan project was approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The research and development of glass fiber for hollow ultra-high voltage composite insulators has been completed by Jushi Group Co., Ltd.
It is understood that glass fiber for hollow ultra-high voltage composite insulators is a provincial-level new product trial production plan project approved by Zhejiang Science and Technology Department in 2019, project number: 2019D60SA426301. The start time of the project is March 2019 and the completion date is September 2020. It is independently undertaken by Jushi Group Co., Ltd. and all research and development work has been completed.
This product is innovative in:
(1) Research and use a new type of coupling agent to effectively improve the compatibility of inorganic fillers with resins, improve the wettability and dispersibility of glass fibers in resins, and enhance their cohesiveness, and finally improve the clustering properties of glass fibers , protection and processing properties, so that composite products have excellent physical and mechanical properties, electrical properties and anti-aging properties.
(2) The development and use of a new type of film-forming agent can make the glass fiber yarn have the characteristics of moderate hardness, good penetration, good bundling, good compatibility with the matrix resin and interface bonding, and ultimately significantly improve the quality of glass fiber reinforced plastic products. mechanical properties.
(3) The appropriate wire drawing speed ratio is used to make the yarn width of the product narrower, the straightness is good, and the hairiness is less, and at the same time, it can meet the requirements of the inner and outer retreating process.
The weight ratio of glass fiber in the hollow ultra-high voltage composite insulator is as high as 75%~80%, which is the main reinforcing material of the hollow ultra-high voltage composite insulator. With the expansion of the national grid, high-voltage and ultra-high voltage power transmission has become the mainstream technology of power transmission. , the demand for hollow composite insulators for substation equipment produced by glass fiber is also increasing, coupled with the steady advancement of the Belt and Road strategy, the construction of ultra-high voltage power transmission will set off a new climax along the Belt and Road neighboring countries.
