Silicone Rubber Description
Silicone rubber is widely used in power products due to its excellent insulating properties, such as composite insulators, composite bushing, and composite lightning arresters. Its lightweight, easy installation, and ease of cleaning, along with its ease of construction and maintenance in polluted areas, have made it a popular alternative to traditional glass and porcelain insulators. Data from the entire power market indicates a growing global demand for composite insulation products. Product quality varies greatly depending on the materials and production equipment used. Since its establishment in 2008, Wuhan Line Power has specialized in the production of silicone rubber composite insulators. Through continuous debugging and mixing, our chief technical engineer has developed a silicone rubber material that is more easily bonded, enhancing the performance of our composite insulators.
Polymer Insulator
Polymer insulators consist of a fiberglass rod core that is encased with polymer weather sheds. Manufacturers employ different shed materials, designs, and construction techniques. The primary materials used for polymer sheds include silicone rubber, EPM, EPDM, CE, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, commonly known as Teflon).

Polymer Arrester
Polymer Lightning Arrester is made with high-quality polymer materials like silicone rubber, it is light, flexible, durable, and resistant to UV and pollution.
A composite-housed surge arrester is a high-voltage lightning protection device made of composite insulating material, namely silicone rubber. It is mainly used in power systems to limit lightning overvoltage and switching overvoltage, thereby protecting electrical equipment from lightning damage. Its core technologies include the application of organic glaze/glass glaze resistor block processes and standardized core designs, providing high energy withstand capability, excellent aging performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Resistor Block Technology: The side surfaces of the resistor blocks are coated with either organic glaze or glass glaze. The organic glaze resistor blocks offer a balance of cost-effectiveness and aging resistance, while the glass glaze resistor blocks significantly enhance energy withstand capability.

Polymer Bushing
Polymer Bushing insulate transformer components by separating high-voltage windings from ground or low-voltage parts, ensuring safety and reliable power transmission.
A wall bushing, also called a wall sleeve, waterproof sleeve, or embedded wall conduit, is classified into rigid waterproof sleeves and flexible waterproof sleeves. In the power industry, those used for conducting electricity are called AC wall bushings. According to their material, they can be divided into dry-type capacitive AC wall bushings and porcelain-insulated AC wall bushings, commonly referred to as silicone rubber bushings and porcelain bushings, respectively.
