Testing Procedures
Sample Numbering and Marking:
Each insulator sample was carefully numbered and marked for identification. This step ensures traceability and accurate tracking throughout the testing process.

Visual Inspection and Measurement:
The insulators were subjected to a detailed visual inspection to detect any surface defects, cracks, or irregularities. Additionally, critical dimensions, including creepage distance, were meticulously measured to ensure compliance with the specified standards.
SML Test for Suspension Insulators:
Suspension insulators underwent the Specified Mechanical Load (SML) test to verify their ability to withstand the maximum mechanical load expected during service. This test is crucial for ensuring the durability and reliability of the suspension insulators in real-world conditions.

SCL Test for LINE POST Insulators:
LINE POST-type insulators were subjected to the Specified Cantilever Load (SCL) test. This test measures the insulators' capacity to endure bending forces, ensuring their robustness and structural integrity under operational loads.
All insulator samples passed the rigorous testing procedures, meeting the stringent criteria set forth by our client. The positive results of these tests confirm that our insulators adhere to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
