Products Features
1. The silicone rubber housing of the Composite Line Post Insulator is formed through a complete injection molding process. It exhibits excellent hydrophobicity, hydrophobicity migration, and soil resistance. The insulator also boasts outstanding electrical insulation properties and aging resistance, effectively preventing pollution flashover accidents and ensuring the safe operation of high voltage transmission lines.
2. The modified ECR fiberglass reinforced epoxy resin rod is utilized for its resistance to high temperature, stress corrosion, acid attacks, damping action, high tensile strength (> 1200Mpa), and resistance to creep and fatigue failure. These properties guarantee the internal insulation quality and mechanical strength of the insulators.
3. End fittings are crimped onto the fiberglass rod using a voice-operated displacement-type crimper. This crimping technique ensures high mechanical strength and minimal dispersion. Employing the most advanced automatic overall injection molding technique and crimping connection method during production and assembly, the entire crimping process is computer-controlled, and the result is monitored by an ultrasonic detector to ensure each product meets the required standards.
