FEATURES:
The metal fittings are the mechanical load transfer parts of the composite insulator, which are assembled together with the core rod to form the connecting parts of the insulator.The quality of the structure affects the strength of the core rod and the mechanical properties of the insulator. Our fittings suppliers are all also qualified by State Grid of China.
The umbrella skirt sheath is the outer insulator part of the composite insulator. Its function is to make the composite insulator have high resistance to wet flashover and pollution flashover, and protect the core rod from atmospheric erosion. We have our own rubber production workshop which could fully control the quality of the rubber.
The core rod is the bearing part of the mechanical load of the composite insulator, and also the main part of the internal insulation. Our rod suppliers are leading factories in China and qualified by State Grid of China also.
