Product structure and advantages
Our company is specialized in producing the composite insulators for power transmission lines. The major structure consists of rubber, epoxy glass fiber core and metal end fittings. Compared with similar ceramic and glass insulators, silicone rubber insulators have the following advantages:
(1) Small size, light weight (1/7~1/10 times of porcelain insulators of the same voltage), good elasticity of the shed, not easy to break, easy transportation and installation, economical.
(2) High mechanical strength. Fiberglass reinforced plastic bars have high tensile strength, 5-10 times that of ceramic materials. Core material cross-section is small, the product volume is small, light weight, high tensile strength. It is easy to manufacture large tonnage insulators over 300KN.
(3) High anti-fouling performance, good aging resistance. Silicone rubber injection molding shed has good hydrophobicity and mobility, so that the insulator has a high anti-pollution flashover voltage and good resistance to electrical corrosion.
(4) Easy to install and maintain, which can greatly reduce the maintenance cost caused by power outage and manual labor intensity.

FEATURES
The silicone rubber shell of the composite line pillar insulator is molded by integral injection molding. The whole crimping process is controlled by computer and the crimping results are monitored by ultrasonic detector to ensure that each product is qualified.
