A Composite Line Post Insulator, also known as a polymeric line post insulator, is a type of insulator used for supporting power conductors. It is composed of metal end-fittings, a fiberglass core, and a housing. Its primary function is similar to that of porcelain (ceramic) line post insulators, serving as support structures for power lines.

1 Silicone Rubber Housing

The silicone rubber housing of Composite Line Post Insulators is formed through complete injection molding. 3 Crimping & Multiple Sealing

The end fittings are securely attached to the fiberglass rod using a voice-operated displacement crimper. This crimping technique ensures high mechanical strength and consistent quality. The insulators are manufactured and assembled using cutting-edge automatic injection molding and crimping methods. Computer-controlled processes and ultrasonic detectors monitor every step to guarantee the quality and reliability of each product.
