Choosing the Samples
According to IEC standards, the customer selected samples from the stock warehouse. There are three types of samples in total: one pin-type composite insulator, one horizontally injected composite line post insulator, and one suspension-type composite insulator.
Visual Inspection
A thorough visual inspection was carried out by the customer on each dimension specified in the technical drawing, including both the insulator end fittings and the insulator body.
Hardwares Inspection
In accordance with the customer's requirements, the relevant hardware fittings were also inspected for compatibility to facilitate the smooth execution of the project.
