I. Mainstream Power Field Application Scenarios (Primarily Overseas Power Grids, North America, Central and South America, Africa, TANESCO, etc.)

1. Low-Voltage Overhead Distribution Lines (Core Application)

1) Secondary Service Conductor: Terminal Tension and Cornering
480V/240V/120V Civil and Commercial Low-Voltage Overhead Lines;
Fixing insulated conductors on wooden/concrete poles, corner poles, branch poles, and terminal poles;
Using spool bolts, U-shaped clamps, and Clevis clamps to withstand conductor tension.

Applicable to: Low-voltage conductor tensioning and anchoring, not used for straight-line suspension (straight-line suspension mostly uses pin insulators).

2) Neutral Conductor: Insulation Anchoring
North American power distribution systems extensively use 53-2 isolated overhead neutral conductors to prevent leakage between the ground wire and the metal components of the pole.

2. Service Drop: Insulation support and tensioning for transformer low-voltage side outgoing lines and power pole to building service drop conductors.

3. Guy Wire Insulation (Stay Wire/Guy Insulation) Windproof guy wires and tension guy wires for utility poles;

Note: When multiple guy wires are connected in series, the insulation distance to ground must be met.
