1. Zero-value self-breakage, easy to detect: Composite suspension insulators feature zero-value self-breakage. Observation can be done from the ground or from a helicopter, eliminating the need for pole-climbing and piece-by-piece inspection, reducing labor intensity.

Products from imported production lines have an annual self-breakage rate of 0.02-0.04%, saving on line maintenance costs. Excellent arc and vibration resistance: Even after lightning strikes, the new surface of the glass insulator remains smooth glass with a tempered internal stress protection layer, thus maintaining sufficient insulation energy and mechanical strength.
