72.5kV High Voltage Electrical Insulator

Composite insulators have the unique advantages of excellent electromechanical performance, excellent anti-pollution performance, light weight, simple manufacturing process, diameter and structural height are not easily restricted by manufacturing process, strong flexibility, good heat dissipation, excellent explosion-proof performance and simple operation and maintenance. It is a non-breakdown type insulator, there is no zero value detection problem, and the service life is more than 20 years. 

(1) Support (holding) insulators: used to support and fix the soft and hard busbars of indoor and outdoor distribution devices, the moving and static contacts of disconnectors, and insulate them from the ground.
(2) Line (suspension) insulators: used to fix the conductors of overhead transmission lines and the soft busbars of outdoor distribution devices, and insulate them from the ground.
(3) Bushing insulators: used for busbars or lead-in walls, ceilings, and indoor and outdoor lead-out or lead-in.

The quality of insulators is very important for the safe operation of the line. Insulators must have both good electrical properties and sufficient mechanical strength.
