Products Description
Y-Clevis type connectors are used to connect Clevis type tongue insulators to other related fittings in the insulator string. Their unique bent bolt structure provides additional movable hinge points for the assembly, thus increasing connection flexibility.
Material Specifications:
Body: Hot-dip galvanized ductile iron
Accessories: Hot-dip galvanized steel
Composite insulators with clevis joints (fitting forks) are primarily used in lines or equipment where a "pin connection" is required.
Due to the ease of installation and large range of motion of the clevis structure, it is very common in power distribution and transmission lines.

Used for suspending conductors.

Very common in 15kV, 25kV, and 35kV distribution systems.
