2. Production Application
Overhead Line Transmission Composite Suspension and Tension Insulators are used on overhead line trasmission for fastening and insulation of the high voltage wire. Composite insulators are the replacement for porcelain and glass insulators. Their performance is good at filth area, and it preventing line transmission pollution flashover effectively.
3. Inspection before Installation
Before dispatched, the goods will be performed routine test and sample test comply with related standards. In case damage during the transportation, each one's sheds and housing will be checked thoroughly. Superficial defects of an area greater than 25 mm² (the total defective area not to exceed 0.2% of the total insulator surface) or of depth greater than 1mm.
