Features
1. The silicone rubber shell composite line supports the suspension insulator in one piece. It has good water repellency, water migration resistance, stain resistance, as well as excellent electrical insulation and aging resistance. Effectively prevent pollution flashover accidents and ensure the safe operation of high-voltage transmission lines.
2. Modified ECR glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin rod is used, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, stress corrosion resistance and acid erosion resistance. It has good damping performance, high tensile strength (>1200Mpa), resistance to creep and fatigue damage, and effectively ensures the internal insulation quality and mechanical strength of the insulator.
3. Use the sound-activated displacement crimp tool to crimp the end fitting to the fiberglass rod. Insulators crimped using this technique have high mechanical strength and low dispersion. Advanced fully automatic one-piece injection molding technology and press-fit connection methods are used for production and assembly. The entire crimping process is controlled by a computer, and an ultrasonic detector monitors the crimping results to ensure that each product is qualified.
