500kV Suspension Insulators Description
Our 500kV suspension composite insulators are long-rod polymer insulators specially designed for ultra-high voltage overhead transmission lines and substation suspension applications. Different from traditional porcelain and glass insulators, this 500kV suspension insulator adopts fiberglass core rod and high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber shed structure, featuring lightweight, high tensile strength, zero maintenance and strong environmental adaptability. It has become the mainstream upgrade solution for 500kV power grid construction and line projects worldwide.
